Experience your inner strength.
In the midst of our daily lives, stress builds, traffic jams, bills need to be paid, and we have many demands on our time. Learning to simply stop and take a few deep breaths can make a huge difference, and it honestly has the ability to change our day if that is our intention. Conscious living is becoming more and more important, yet it can also be challenging at times. It is my hope that this meditation course can teach you to remember to stop, breathe, release, and regroup on a more regular basis. My name is Melissa Crossman and as of January, 2011, I will officially be taking over the meditation courses for Positive Vibes, and I am looking forward to it. I have been co-teaching this course with Bev since its inception. It is one of my passions and that is the reason we began offering this course. Meditation can be life-changing, and I love demystifying the "difficulties" for people. Let's make self-care and stress management a priority in our lives.
